Please note that an installation wrench is provided with each « Pack » or « Pack + Bulk » order, whether you buy 1 pack or 4 packs and whether or not your order includes extra StompShields.
If you only buy StompShields in bulk, you will need to order an installation wrench, unless you already have one.

Shipping:

We ship USPS First Class now, but we are working on implementing different methods of shipping. We use the standard rates of $7 for all US orders, $11 for Canada, and $15 for the rest of the world, regardless of quantity. Shipping within the US includes tracking. Outside the US, tracking is not available, so we strongly recommend to purchase the insurance against loss or damage for $2.10.

On the checkout page, you will have the following shipping options.

US:

Standard Domestic (1-3 business days) — $7

Canada:

Standard Shipping (1-2 Weeks) — $11
Standard Shipping (1-2 Weeks) — $13.10 with insurance

Rest of the world:

Standard International (2-3 Weeks) — $15

We use USPS First Class on all our shipping, as it is the most cost-effective method for small packages. If you require a different shipping method, or tracking or signature confirmation for international shipping, please contact us for a quote.

Terms and conditions

DEFINITION

Seller refers to the party to whom the order for purchase has been given.

Client refers to the person or orginization placing the order.

Goods refers to the product for which the Client has placed an order with the Seller.

APPLICATION

The terms and conditions are valid for any goods provided by the seller to the client.

PRICING

The pricing, quantity of goods, and time of delivery are not binding on the Seller, but the Seller will make all efforts to fulfill the stated estimates.

The seller can not be held responsible if the buyer can reasonably understand that the offer, or a part thereof, contains an obvious mistake or error.

PAYMENT

Payment must be made before shipment.

CANCELLATION

In view of the nature of the product, any order – once confirmed by the client is not cancellable.

WARRANTY

The warranty is valid for a period of 2 years after delivery.

Any form of warranty is void if a defect is caused by or resulting from improper or inappropiate use, improper installation or when client or third parties attempted to make changes to the product without written permission from the seller.

LIABILITY

The seller is not liable for any damage caused by use other than that for which the parts are intended, nor is he liable for any indirect damage resulting from improper installation or inappropriate use of the product.
